Soft-tissue sarcomas (STSs) are rare neoplasms that can be initially evaluated by fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC). Although they difficult to subtype, these graded and classified based on cytomorphology. FNAC, with clinical radiological correlation, effectively used in the diagnosis of STSs.
